The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is warning employers that they will be held liable for any adverse events resulting from mandatory Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination” policies.

If an employee who was forced to be injected with experimental mRNA gene therapy becomes paralyzed or dies, for instance, that injury or death will be considered “work-related,” meaning the employer will be held responsible.

In the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of a new OSHA guidance that was issued on April 20, the agency explains that all employers who mandate experimental Chinese Virus shots are required to record any adverse events that result from the injections.

In response to the question, “If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?” this is what OSHA says:

“If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.”

What this means is that employers who try to force their employees to get injected are opening themselves up to lawsuits, worker’s compensation claims and a negatively impacted safety record. Tread at your own risk, employers.

Vaccine-injured employees are already coming forward with lawsuits

This clarification from OSHA comes as an increasing number of employers seek to mandate Wuhan Flu shots on their employees. Such employers include Houston Methodist Hospital, GCI Communication Corp., the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, JBS USA Holdings Inc., Lastique International Corp., and Delta Airlines.

Some smaller, independently-owned restaurants and boutiques run by “woke” fascists are also hoping to force the employees, and possibly even their patrons, to get injected. Each one needs to be identified and targeted with lawsuits to prevent this disease of medical fascism from spreading.

“The Houston Methodist Hospital network is mandating vaccines for both existing employees and new hires, barring an exemption,” announced Chip Cutter from The Wall Street Journal about the scheme. “Those who fail to comply will at first be suspended without pay, and later terminated.”

Our hope is that Houston Methodist Hospital will be among the first to be held liable for vaccine-injured employees, who will surely be entitled to large financial compensation for their company-caused injuries.

    • The FDA is not liable UNLESS it changes it’s protocols for deeming a drug or vaccine SAFE,.Of course I’m sure when they FDA approve any of these vaccines(4 of them at one time?) that they will try to make a law against them being sued


      • Matt, I checked on a legal page and the FDA has blanket immunity except in two cases:

        Under the Federal Tort Claims Act, the government can be sued if a person acting on behalf of the U.S. government (including the FDA) commits a tort, or a civil wrong, and
        Under the Tucker Act, the U.S. government can be sued if it is party to a contract and the lawsuit relates to the contract

        What I take that to mean is the FDA can be sued for deliberate fraud.

    • Hi my name is Jenny and I live in Sydney Australia I was wondering how can we make this a law for our country because my daughter is getting forced to get this injection and I’m not a anti vaccine I just don’t think enough studying has been done on it and also why a computer programmer is in charge and what’s his Motives behind this he’s the 1 that should be held accountable aswell


    • Exactly,.I just emailed my local Sports radio station and blasted them (Brian Finneran) for saying that players and people who don’t get vaccinated are stupid,.The managing director of 93.7 the fan in Atlanta actually emailed me back and said he wasn’t vaccinated and that he appreciated my feedback,.Please email him as well so we can get these SICK MINDED individuals to STOP telling people/players/listeners how to run THEIR lives,.The vaccine is NOT FDA approved and there is NOT a Federal mandate because they DON’T have the SCIENCE to make it a LAW,..       • I cannot get the vac and I had Covid in Feb anyway. They are not taking into account natural immunity with the numbers. I discussed with my Dr. and brought up that I had pox and measels when I was a kid. Does this mean I need the pox and measels vac? He chuckled and said why would you want to purposely give yourself shingles or rubella? They say antibodies last 5 to 7 months? I don’t buy that. There is not enough data collected because not enough time has passed. This is all rush to make a decision. So let me ask leaders of companies. Let’s say you are interested in buying XYZ company for 50 million bucks. Would you be okay with only having 5 to 7 months worth of profit and loss statements? Heck no. They want more like 10 years worth of profit and loss. This is nothing more than We the People being controlled by government and corporations. Yet another reason I am trying to get this farm business going so I can leave at least corporate America.

  4. My employer did a company-wide regardless of where you work from audit of who got vac and who did not all under the ruse of creating the new hot spots to work from. My employer got 99% working from home when in 2019 they were pushing to bring folks back to the office starting with the finance area in fall of 2019. The plan was to then have those that manage others by spring of 2020. My boss was not happy since all her employees are remote and not one employee would be in the same office as her so what was the point? I told her this new push was not going to happen in the fall of 2019. Covid struck and the company had to work fast to get everyone WFH. We hit 99% relatively fast and our finance executive responded about how much money we are saving not leasing or owning office space. DAH. Maybe my executive should have read my dissertation about WFH. I have WFH for 21 years. Now this push to bring folks back to the office AGAIN. My employer is giving us money to vac. Now the audit is done as of the 4th of Aug so managers will know who has vac and who does not. Does this mean you fire those that don’t even when we WFH. I will always WFH because there is no office near me that is a logical commute and I would never drive for a job anyway. They talk about lessening our carbon footprint so hey, WFH is one of the best ways to achieve that goal. Already sent a bill proposal with my research to Congress showing the benefits of WFH but no one ever got back to me. Not surprised. The next thing is employers mandating vac even for WFH. Silly. I cannot take any vac due to medical reasons. My Dr. does not recommend it. My Dr. is not vac either. Personal choice. Says no FDA approval and there is no 100% data on all the side-effects on something that was pushed to market. Look at Round Up and Zantac and how long they were on the market and the class action suits. Can you imagine in 2, 5, 10 years all the side-effects that are going to come to light getting this vac pushed to market and the class action suits against the drug manufacturers. Not to mention employers mandating and the class action suits there. When my employer mandates and I am sure they will, I am getting it all in writing and going to let them know my concerns based on my medical condition and what are they going to do for my family when I die from getting the vac beyond my company life insurance I pay for. My husband already said he will sue my company for my death. We already have a class action suit against us in the state of NY. I can see the flood gates opening wide because of Covid.

    • My company did the same thing. I asked for exemption from the survey and i stated that i cannot disclose my vax status for privacy issues. Of course they said “it is private and will not be shared, they just need a count.” Liars. I now believe that the site that collected the results is suspect. I had a sick feeling in my stomach that it will come to this vax mandate.

      I have been a WFH for 15 years so there is really no reason for the vax mandate except tyranny. The reality is that most big corporations will comply, without much resistance.

      Please post any updates on the results of your efforts. More people around the world should speak up against these unconstitutional mandates. This is a scary time.

  5. I want to point out one interesting detail about this covid crisis. We are now a year and a half down the road from the beginning of the covid crisis in the U.S. and the world. We now have a vaccine. Several of them. But one thing we lack are remedies for treating the virus. Now if you do your homework there are remedies but not ones that are publicly known. Why? Because media, government and pharmaceuticals don’t want you to know. There are medicine currently out there that reduce the effects of the virus. If taken very early after exposure to covid significantly reduce covid’s attack on the body. Ask your self this question. Have you heard the CDC or any other global health organization talk about remedies to fight covid. Have they encouraged pharmaceuticals to develop remedies? The answer is no, they haven’t. Ask yourself why? If we had a campaign pushed by the government and others in the healthcare industry toward using known remedies early in people exposed to covid, then perhaps these people wouldn’t be occupying beds in our hospitals. People are in these hospitals not because of early treatment after exposure but because there is no where for these folks to get early treatment. Get sick, quarantine and stay home, stop breathing, go to the hospital. Just in that order. This virus has become just a political chess piece. Big Pharma, big tech and big government all on one side of the board. All will do nothing to relieve the the suffering. They want you to be vaccinated and so they will do nothing on developing remedies or even letting you know what works to reduce the effects of covid. It should concern everyone. There are no long term studies on these vaccines. Less than a year of results so far. Sure SARS studies were done but not on a large scale. Some of what I have read showed some pretty negative issues. Ask your self this question? Why the rush to get everyone vaccinated? Especially given the limited amount of information on the long term effect of these vaccines. One can only wonder. It Concerns me a great deal. Who will be held responsible if the experiment goes bad. Ask yourself that question too. Who will you hold responsible and how will you be able to hold them accountable. Especially if you were forced to take the vaccine that is now currently being pushed on everyone. People need to wake up and start asking questions. Start doing your own research and stop sitting back and listening to people and organizations who don’t care about how all of this will effect your future. They only care about the narrative. The one they have been sticking to ever since this vaccine was introduced.

    • Hi Larry—Interesting tidbit—> Merck Pharmaceuticals originally produced Ivermectin (the *GASP*—horse dewormer!) for humans, in order to combat various parasitic conditions. Yesterday, I heard that Merck is working with another big pharma team on a “new” antiviral agent to work in the early stages of Covid-19. They are in stage 2 of their clinical trials, and they have not had one person die or be hospitalized. They are hoping to get EUA for this medication. What are the odds that this is Ivermectin, under a new, brand name at an exorbitant price tag? No doubt will have a 10 year patent, so another big pharma company will rake in billions. It’s a big money grab and I am sure the “big guy” is getting his 10%. Money, and timing….are everything.


    • It’s all about the money my employer even told us that because we are a government contractor if we didn’t do this we would lose 400 million dollars a year from DOT. We have until Dec 8th to get the experimental drug or lose our jobs .I’ve been there going on 29 years .


      • My husband works for a government contractor as well, and the ramifications of this mandate are terrifying, as I’m sure most would agree. He is facing termination for not getting vaccinated, and I fully support him in his decision. In fact, even if he would consider the shot, I’d vehemently object. Nonetheless, I just cannot fathom how abysmal our lives will become without his income, and I don’t want to find out! I’m a disabled, licensed professional with a Master’s Degree in Public Health, and NOTHING about these vaccines strikes me as beneficial!! I have RA and primary immune deficiency, and though I work part-time due to financial necessity, my husband is the primary breadwinner and maintains insurance on both of us since I’m not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid. He has health issues, but is over a year from being able to take early retirement. I’m in fair health, at best, even with my immunoglobulin infusions, which alone, cost between $5500 and $7000 PER MONTH, but are covered by insurance! I’ve already survived COVID-19, but without my IgG treatments, even a minor infection can be fatal. I’m seriously considering suicide as an option. At least that way, he could collect on my life insurance policy and live off of the proceeds. In a world with no good options, it really doesn’t seem like such a terrible idea . . .


  6. I have a situation that may be coming down the pike. I am retired Army and work on the local Army base. My employee is now stating, ” because the Federal Government has demanded all military personnel be completely vaccinated by Oct, they will start on the contract workers, so get vaccinated.” They are not telling us we have to, but the hint is there. If I get this shot and; God Forbid if any bad reactions, can I sue my employer and the Army for demanding me to get this shot? I am not a religious fanatic, but believing this shot is turning into the mark of the beast. Don’t get the mark, you do not get to eat or basically leave your house.

  7. Sounds like you’re really in a horrible situation, Barbara. Obviously it’s your decision, but you are potentially risking your life in taking the clot shot. I can’t see any job is worth sacrificing your life. I think you’re better off trying to obtain an exemption.   8. I am being mandated by my company that is subcontracted by a major corp, I am also being subjected by said companies to see if I intend to get vax by said date and time.
    I maybe fired for not taking a survey. What are my legal rights. This is a clear hippa violation. And the person giving the survey is a company lacky and not a medical doctor or personel with connection to HR. I will not be subigated and forced to incriminate myself. This is complete bullshit!


  9. DHA. it’s my understanding that the Comirnaty brand of Pfizer vaccine (which is currently unavailable in the US) is the only brand of vaccine officially licensed by the FDA. All other Covid vaccines are still considered experimental. Under both federal law and the Nuremberg code, your employer can’t force you to take experimental treatment.

    Personally, I wouldn’t want to sacrifice my life for any job. The important thing is not to quit because you lose all employment rights in that instance.   10. I have not seen any information
    If they will make employees who work from
    home, get the vaccine. I have been a WFH employee for about 10 years. I would think since I am not around any co workers I would not have to, but nothing about this Covid has made sense, so who knows. I am 62 and planned to work until 65, but if this is mandated, I’ll retire now.


  11. I am being forced by Biden to take the vaccine or lose my job. Medical doctors are scared to even write medical exemptions. I’ve had a rare reaction to an injection before and I’m scared to take the risk of this one. If I do have a reaction are they liable?


  12. Nobody is talking about the least restrictive ALTERNATIVES to forced COVID vaccines. The law is on the side of the most reasonable, rational and FAIR alternatives. If science says masks stop the spread, then if people are willing to wear a mask to work, they should never be fired if they refuse the vaccine. It’s also unreasonable and irrational and unfair to punish people who choose not to be vaccinated when their co-worker who IS VACCINATED can still give THEM COVID. If everyone started simply washing their hands properly and not going to work or in public SICK, we wouldn’t be in this mess. You can’t stop this virus. Not by mandating of forcing vaccines and not by punishing people. You can only require reasonable, rational and least restrictive measures. Forcing someone to receive any vaccine that could do them harm is not reasonable, especially when you can still get the damn virus IF YOU ARE VACCINATED. Bring on the lawyers. Meanwhile, I’ve saved a bundle in face make up and lipstick wearing the mask. Yippppeee!


  13. Where is the support for me, the employer, that does not want to mandate this on my employees. I have hoped this was going to go away but last week my In-Home Care company which must be licensed in the state is being mandated to vaccinate or weekly testing by the end of November. I now know why people are being let go, testing is extremely costly and could very much add up. In my situation the state is requiring 24 hr. notice if asked to provide your weekly testing on all employees not vaccinated. I haven’t see it yet but I am assuming me being out of compliance is going to mean daily fines.

    I have been a nurse for years, big pharma and government control has directed medical care that is not always in the best interest of the consumer for years.
