OSHA Pulls Guidance Stating Employers May Be Held Liable For ‘Adverse Reactions’ If They Mandate Vaxx

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration threw workers under the bus over the weekend by pulling their new guidance which stated that employers they may be held liable for “any adverse reactions” if they mandate employees take COVID-19 vaccines “as a condition of their employment.”

On April 20, OSHA released a new FAQ on their website stating that if employers require their employees to be vaxxed “then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related” (and therefor must be recorded for, at the very least, worker compensation claims).

OSHA appears to have caved to political pressure and scrapped their own well-thought-out, pro-worker guidance after just one month so as not to “disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts.”

Their FAQ now states:

DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.

OSHA was created to protect workers’ rights and instead it’s trampling all over them on behalf of Big Pharma.

“Encouraging COVID-19 vaccinations” comes before protecting workers’ rights.

Despite OSHA’s disgraceful actions, OSHA states on their own FAQ that their “guidance is not a standard or regulation, and it creates no new legal obligations.”

Employees are not under any legal obligation to take experimental mRNA shots. Employers who attempt to force these shots on their workers are going to get sued and the case may go all the way to the Supreme Court.

Didn’t take long for them to flip-flop! The pressure and coercion is coming at people 24/7 from all directions. They are using free things and money to get people to join this experiment. WHY??? PLEASE ASK WHY?? This has never happened before. Why do they want this injected in everyone so badly. Safe medications for respiratory symptoms were banned so the only “cure” was a “vaccine. It’s not even a vaccine!!! The death and injuries are skyrocketing.
What about the high probability that it causes infertility????? A “virus” was created to get this injection into 7 billion people! WAKE UP!

    • It see sees to me, that most people go by what the government and the main media tell them. Personally I do not know anybody who does not trust what our government and our ‘experts’ tell us about covid 19 and the need for vaccination.

      • Sad, but years of lies got people to believe the biggest one. At this point facts don’t even matter to them. The marketing campaign was so convincing they bought it and you can’t convince them otherwise. It would be a lot of deprogramming. You need to connect with like-minded people in your area. I have new best friends since convid. It’s great!

      • It seems to be much different here in New Zealand, Aunty. In the town where I leave we’ve had 100 people join a local hub of the national group Voices for Freedom. VFF has sponsored a case in the high court trying to stop the vaccine rollout. Last week, 50 people came to one of our meetings.

  2. If a law gets in the way of an elite agenda they just change the law. The last 18 months has been an ongoing tide of changing rules designed for protection and preventing arbitrary action. Do rules mean anything any more?

    • Can Australia employers require their employees to be vaccinated? The NZ government fired several front line workers for refusing to be vaccinated. In that sense, they are not universally voluntary here – they’re only voluntary for people whose employers don’t require them.
