Prof. Luc Montagnier said that epidemiologists know but are “silent” about the phenomenon, known as “Antibody-Dependent Enhancement” (ADE).
While it is understood that viruses mutate, causing variants, French Virologist and Nobel Prize Winner Luc Montagnier contends that “it is the vaccination that is creating the variants.”
The 2008 Nobel Laureate made the explosive comments as part of a larger interview with Pierre Barnérias of Hold-Up Media earlier this month. The clip was exclusively translated for RAIR Foundation USA, and is quite damning for the agenda-driven left-wing establishment.
As reported at RAIR in April of last year, Prof. Montagnier presented a powerful case that the coronavirus was created in a lab. His comments at the time offended the left-wing establishment so much that they aggressively attempted to discredit his statement. Now, the media is backpedaling on the origin of the coronavirus after prominent scientists called for further scrutiny.
Vaccines are Creating the Variants
Prof. Montagnier referred to the vaccine program for the coronavirus as an “unacceptable mistake”. Mass vaccinations are a “scientific error as well as a medical error,” he said. “It is an unacceptable mistake. The history books will show that, because it is the vaccination that is creating the variants,” Prof. Luc Montagnier continued.
The prominent virologist explained that “there are antibodies, created by the vaccine,” forcing the virus to “find another solution” or die. This is where the variants are created. It is the variants that “are a production and result from the vaccination.”
Antibody-Dependent Enhancement
Prof. Montagnier said that epidemiologists know but are “silent” about the phenomenon, known as “Antibody-Dependent Enhancement” (ADE). In the articles that mention ADE, the concerns expressed by Prof. Montagnier are dismissed. “Scientists say that ADE is pretty much a non-issue with COVID-19 vaccines,” an article at Medpage Today reported in March.
Prof. Montagnier explained that the trend is happening in “each country” where “the curve of vaccination is followed by the curve of deaths.”
The Nobel Laureate’s point is emphasized by information revealed in an open letter from a long list of medical doctors to the European Medicines Agency. The letter stated in part that “there have been numerous media reports from around the world of care homes being struck by COVID-19 within days of vaccination of residents.”

Simply put the live virus is cancelled by the vaccine yet will produce a series of ‘mutations’, become a ‘variant’ and create more or less havoc? Mp matter the proportion of vaccinated or unvacinnated, the virus simply wants to stay alive…and thus a ‘variant’or a few are born! It may never STOP!

Where virus variants have a high propensity for vaccination, seems logical that virus should create variant to survive. However, there is a point where I am confused, Dr. Bramhall. As far as I know, virus variants are in UK, Brazil, India, South Africa. I don’t know if there is any other. Looking at these countries, especially in Brazil and India, vaccination is very low compared to the population. Could the formation of variants in these countries be attributed to this reason then?

The wave in India happened essentially 1-2 months after mass vaccinations started with Covaxin (local) and CovidShield (AZ’s india name).

Migarium, it’s my understanding that it’s part of the natural cycle of viruses to develop variants, though the process can be sped up through vaccination.

From what I understand. It’s know that many of the clinical trials took place in these countries. This would explain why the variants are already there.

If the virus creates variants to evade the antibodies then doesn’t this mean that any vaccine program won’t be effective and natural / herd immunity won’t work either..? So basically we’re screwed…?

The problem, Peter, Is that vaccination is the wrong answer to begin with. There are several well established treatments for Covid that the ruling elite are suppressing. Vitamin D, Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are the best known. There are numerous studies showing people with adequate Vit D levels don’t develop serious Covid symptoms and are extremely unlikely to die.

No, those are not the best known. Vitamin D helps with T cell memory so it helps a lot for long term protection, but in face of the virus it’s a little less immediately effective on its own. Ivermectin has done well in 67 studies, 32 of which are RCTs. HCQ is third from bottom of the pile, so we should discount it. This is a good compilation: c19early.com

Stuart, I have just recovered after being hospitalized for 5 days with covid. First two days I was given Remdesivir and Azythromiacin. I was not getting better and had blood oxygen levels in the mid 80s. The attending Pulmonologist came in and talked to me about starting me on Ivermectin and steroids. I agreed and started feeling better within 24 hours. I was released from the hospital 3 days later with my oxygen levels at 93. If it weren’t for Ivermectin, I fear things could have gotten much worse. I live in Florida where this drug was offered to me. Congratulations, Art, and thanks for the link. I just watched a great interview with Dr Peter McCullough in which he describes the US network of doctors and telemedicine services to provided outpatient treatment of newly diagnosed Covid patients with protocols involving Ivermectin, Hydrochloroquine, steroids, anticoagulants and neutraceuticals. Apparently this approach is quite common overseas.

I’m curious. How many days had passed between your first Covid symptoms and your first dose of Ivermectin?
I started Ivermectin but it was after 8 days of symptoms. I like to think it helped but I really wished I’d started it sooner. Hard to say. As I understand it, the sooner the better.

Hi, Dr. Bramhall. I’m curious – since both Plaquenil and Ivermectin are anti0-malarials, and Plaquenil acts as a ‘disease modifier’ for RA patients, are there any other anti-malarials that have worked. Additionally, why didn’t the

Hi Mark, it’s my understanding that current research suggests Ivermectin works because it’s a protease inhibitor. I don’t know if Plaquenil is or not. I suspect the reasons Covid physicians are opting for Ivermectin relates to the already 50 peer reviewed studies around its use. It’s also my understanding that the pharmaceutical industry perfected the mRNA technology over the last 10 years to use in cancer immunotherapy (which turned out to be a dud). I see their push to use it in Covid as a way to recoup the millions of dollars they spent in developing it.

I completely agree. I believe people followed in blindly with the vaccine instead of taking care of their body and their natural virus fighting immune system. I had covid in December 2020 and it lasted a 1 week and 4 days. By the time I got my taste back at least. But my 3 roommates also had covid. But 2 of them had it twice. One of the roommates that had it twice had breast cancer and mastaditis at the time, but have long term stuff like fibromyalgia, asthma, and post polio. But she survived twice! The whole time she was taking vitamins and drinking fresh fruit juice and eating stuff that boost her immune system. She is smart to know to take care of her body and immune system but the media and big pharmaceutical companies cannot? It really begs the question. Are they actually looking out for the health?

The MRNA vaccine is not your normal vaccine. The vaccines that we are use to in the past create antibodies to destroy the virus which mimics a natural impunity response. mRNA masks the problem by making the host more resistant giving the virus more time in the body hence time to mutate.

Humans are interfering with the natural evolution of the man-made virus.
Regardless of all that, the gene therapy treatment they are labeling a vaccine does not stop infection or spread but may attenuate the disease for some. So in the end vaccinated or not, the only way we will get through this is when EVERYONE has contracted sars-cov-2 and survived or died. Lockdowns extend the pandemic by slowing that inevitable process.

The purpose of slowing down transmission and therefore herd immunity was to not have everyone sick at the same time with no ER or Hospital beds available, and to buy time for the vaccines to be rolled out. However, I think herd immunity did take over in 2017-2018 in the U.S. in regards to the U.S. Senior Flu epidemic that was covered up. I found an article in which a reporter discovered that coroners were instructed in early January of 2018 to not list flu / pneumonia on death certificates of Seniors. Instead, Death by Natural causes, Heart failure, and Respiratory failure were used. The death rate in January of 2018 for flu/pneumonia was the highest it had been since 2009, and suddenly around January 10 the death rate instantly drops like a roller coaster. If Senior death rates were dramatically reduced in mid January of 2018 by changing words on a death certificate, and if death rates in 2020 among seniors were amplified by refusing to do any pre-emptive practices during the 10 day home quarantine, followed by intubation as the primary method of Hospital Care, suddenly 2018 and 2020 are much closer together regarding Senior death rates and people would want to know why there was no lockdown in 2018.

Contracted implies infection. Infection implies a viral load high enough that the immune system cannot handle it without creating the symptoms of infection. Exposure is a more appropriate way to describe it. Yes, when everyone has been exposed to SARS-Cov-2 and developed immunity or died, we may put this behind us as a major concern. That means of describing it, i.e., be exposed and survive or die, is also what is meant by achieving natural herd immunity. The idea we can attain herd immunity through vaccine is basically a medical falsehood. But it’s a lie repeated over and over by big Pharma until basically people have begun to believe it.

I don’t necessarily disagree with a Nobel-winning scientist, but not being an epidemiologist or virologist myself, I’m not sure I understand. So if viruses will naturally mutate even in the absence of vaccination, how is he coming to the conclusion that these mutations are caused by vaccination? How would the differences in mutations manifest between natural mutation and vaccine-induced mutation? It would seem to me that there wouldn’t be a way to tell.

Excellent question, Mike. There probably is no way to tell the difference between natural and vaccine-induced resistance. Montaigner is commenting on past behavior of organisms in response to vaccines and treatment. Many researchers have observed that treatment-resistant organisms emerge more quickly when doctors either kill or greatly reduce all the treatment-sensitive organisms.

The scenario I read about was if all the organisms are not killed, the few that survive become the resistant strain. Are you pondering that even if an entire virus is killed that there may be another strain lurking that will then proliferate because it has no other virus to keep it in check? One wonders if viruses spend their time fighting each other and when we identify and kill off a specific virus another one may emerge as a result and becomes stronger because the other virus that kept it in check is now gone.

My guess on the way to tell whether it’s resistant to vaccine or a regular mutation is based on how it evolves because the vaccine itself produces more antibodies so if the virus itself evolves to get past antibodies then that means the virus mutation most likely took place to get past the vaccine also another way would be to compare certain mutations with other mutations before vaccines looking for a different variations on strengths and also the way they react to the body vs the other mutations.

I don’t think it matters if I say this now, but Steph sent me her last paper just before it came out claiming that they were pulling out all the stops. I read it and was furious—not about what it said, but about what it didn’t say. I replied:

Joyce, watched the Kary Mullis interview, and its NOT at all how you described about Montaignier. Cleary they had an interaction at a social gathering, and Mullis was asking for his advice, and he pointed to some studies that Mullis had read and deemed unhelpful. How on earth you came to that conclusion based on that video only you can answer.
But calling him a liar, a man with the ‘penchant for deception’ and a shameless self promoter is completely atrocious. You should be ashamed of yourself Joyce for trying to discredit a Nobel laurates valuable opinion. The world needs to hear all sides of the argument here from ppl brave who are willing to put their reputations on the line, especially when its not the popular opinion.

Instead, I immersed myself in psychology and human behavior and am quite good at interpreting many things relative to those topics.
But I had formed a clear path to genetics for myself as documented here when I was 2 months past my 13th birthday.

I was camera assistant one day and then camera person the next back in the mid 90’s when Gary Null visited Kary Mullis. I had no idea who either were. I do recall videotaping the interview for quite a while. I think Day turned into night. I think I ran out of Betacam Sp and may have switched to Super-VHS at one point. It’s all a foggy memory. Kind of crazy to discover 25 years later how relevant Mr. Mullis still is. Is any of that content available on the web?

It is a well-defined strategy of Controlled Oppositionists to tell half-truths. Anyone who has worked in virology knows full well that our children in the USA have been chemically intellectually castrated since 1971 with their baby shots.
I know because my babies were badly affected. I myself suffered what I called “word abysses” with Dr. Exley and the fact that I held the flu shot and the Prevnar given to me within 5 minutes of each other in different arms suspect.

His colleagues and even the police treated me like a serial killer. His colleagues sent glowing letters about him. And [exactly like the circumstances of being vaccine-injured] I was one of his victims.
I know his colleagues knew what he was like. I learned later that behind his back they called him “Freaky Friedman” and wouldn’t let him babysit their kids even though he begged.

By the way—this was my childhood dream—to cure cancer. I wanted to locate a cancer-specific genetic anomaly and find a way to tag a cancer-specific antigen on to it to alert the immune system to cancer’s presence. The immune system was to destroy cancerous cells.
It’s why I was already studying genetics at the time of these records at 2 months past my 13th birthday. I couldn’t wait to get into a lab.
Could I have done it? Probably. But they brain-damaged my babies with their baby shots. I turned down a free pass to medical school in 1976 to take care of my bonkers toddler.

I’ve looked at the blog and the term “Stalinist” is used as an adjective to describe a medical system in which a patient is denied freedom of choice.

Thank you, Stuart. In some ways I am still an Internet idiot. Your site is not the first place I’ve heard it though.
I’ve had extensive experience observing and studying ‘controlled opposition’ and I know this Stalinist smear campaign is right up Rockefeller’s alley. I’ve also closely observed and monitored many of the players mentioned, and most of those players have become millionaires because of vaccine-injury.
I wish people would pay more attention to controlled opposition Most of what we see out there now–that has any prominence–is controlled opposition. I know it so well that when it’s being demonstrated, it hits me like a bucket of cold water in the face,
I also look at outcomes. The overall outcome when it comes to shots is that the number of shots given has exploded.
I’m a bit edgy and jumpy. We may just have a matter of weeks or even days. Very shortly, stockpiles of shots will expire. [I do have the link to the STAT article someplace. I posted it on another article.] That information coupled with that gentleman’s video about military movement makes me very jumpy.
We never had to get to this point. The shots they’re virtually now forcing on people and babies [I mean all of them] have made us the sickest nation in the world.

These people are expert at getting people to believe they are helping when they are not. I remember a person flashing a huge smile at me once. The person was not a nice person. I played my way out of the situation but the sentence,
“All I see are teeth.”
Kept rolling through my mind.
Mercola, Frenchie, the German guy, and others? All I see are teeth.
And just like the vaccines, we are donating to our demise so that these entities can use that money to discredit us.

Since the genetically modified people who got the shot infect people. I go nowhere, touch no one, and will touch nothing that anyone else has touched. I’ve stuck to this pretty well since January 2021
My premise:
• I hypothesize the shots were created to deliberately infect people and infect others in turn.
• I hypothesize an explosion of cancers and autoimmune are on the horizon—and more…
• I hypothesize the shots were never intended to help—they were always intended to hurt.
• I hypothesize the spike protein never existed outside a lab until now—when people were given the shots and genetically modified to produce it.
• I believe it would be easy to prove this in a lab.
• I also believe this will never be done.
The spike protein is instrumental in producing ‘prions.’ When you think ‘prions’, think mad cow disease. Prions are indestructible.
They once took some prions and place them in a pile of nuclear waste and left them there for a few months. When they went back to check them, they were fine and still very viable.
People have been genetically modified to produce the very thing we were told the shots were supposed to stop—contagious infection—and prions. The probability that each and every one of us will be infected even if we did not get the shots is great.
They’ve been practicing how to spread infection for quite a while. How do I know? Personal experience with the acellular pertussis component in shots that seemed to spread only to those vaccinated with that component in shots—commonly called ‘aP.’ They got me.
It gets very complex, but the gist of it is it seems they have been experimenting for a while to create infections that easily pass among the vaccinated. In other words—you only get the infections created by the vaccinated if you are vaccinated.
