This documentary concerns the 2013-14 ebola epidemic in Sierra Leone. Approximately 50% of those infected with the virus (10,000) survived. The government awarded them official certificates declaring them free of the disease.

The film focuses mainly on the immense pressure on health care workers as they knowingly put their own lives at risk.
