This has the CIA written ALL over it. The Russians had nothing to gain from doing this and everything to lose and now Russia is being vilified yet again. The U.S. is, quite obviously, in its death throes and is hell bent on not having the plug pulled. I can only hope that between Russia and China, they manage to pull the plug on this diseased whore called America despite Washington’s shenanigans via the CIA!
