Pennsylvania’s Senator Mike Folmer truly believes that parents should be given the right to make an informed decision in regards to vaccines and their children. Folmer has introduced a new legislation called Informed Consent which aims to rectify this situation. This means doctors would need to explain both benefits and risks associated with vaccines.

If the American public had not been fooled about the meaning of the First Amendment right to petition for redress of grievances by the banksters’ propaganda distributed through their controlled “news” media and “education” system, then this comically unconstitutional vaccine immunity legislation would never have been passed as it abridges the right to petition for redress by prohibiting access to courts and trials by juries.

Informed Consent must be accompanied by “Right to Rejection” or “Non-Compliance.” Even better, “Vaccination Acceptance Approved.” Just a question: how great was the increase in autism after 1986?
