Well, I drink a little milk but never mixed with cereals. I just drink a glass of milk. So far so good!

You’re really extremely lucky, Gerard. Many people of European origin lose their ability to digest cow’s milk in adulthood. Some have difficulty tolerating it even in childhood.

It sure messes with me. I have an innate inability to digest casein (milk protein) and it causes me to develop eczema.
